Sunday racing at Clonmel

With the sun continuing to shine what better way to spend this Sunday than by taking a trip to the races at Clonmel. The first of 7 races gets underway at 2.25 All hurdles or chases which everyone seems to enjoy at Clonmel. Its probably because you can get so close to the action. We have a group of visitors coming from the USA and we wonder what they will think of our racecourse. To be honest though it does look lovely at this time of the year. Sunday will also see the re-opening of our on-course betting shop. Ladbrokes are the new tenants and no doubt there will be many pleased to see this facility available once again. And don’t forget that we have loads of dining options at the racecourse whether you want a Carvery Lunch, Sausages and Chips, Soup and Sandwiches or just simply a Coffee with a cream bun.
